Requirements
- The robotics activity must be held indoors.
- Tables and chairs must be provided for children to build on.
- Adequate open floor space is required for robotics activities. Carpeted areas are not suitable.
Policies
A $50 deposit is required at booking to reserve your date. The deposit is credited toward the final bill, which is due one week before the event.
Cancellation requests must be received at least one week before the party date for a full refund. Later cancellation requests receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are not refunded. Parties can be rescheduled once for an emergency, weather event, or other unforeseen circumstance.
By registering, families agree to the deposit, payment, refund, and cancellation policies. The RoboThink photo release can be accepted or declined during registration.
